Sales Executive

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, *Freshers can also be preferred !! 
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and results-driven.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
